The client brief for this project was to completely renovate the interior of an existing semi detached house in Renmore, Co. Galway. The brief also called for the addition of a substantial extension to the rear. Design emphasis focused mainly on the creation of a modern contemporary home for a young family.
The client brief for this project was to completely refurbish the layout and finish of an existing single storey dwelling in Bonniconlon, Co. Mayo. Minimal structural work was required with emphasis on layout and finish.

The client brief for this project was to prepare a masterplan for the upgrade and rgeneration of Bonniconlon Village. The brief also included for the research and design of a stone monument to commemorate the 1798 Rising.
The client brief for this project was for the upgrade and rgeneration of Bonniconlon Church. We were asked to produce a design plus the artwork for the new entrance doors plus the design for the new entrance porches.

The client brief for this project was to completely strip out and refurbish the interior of an existing terraced house in Drumcondra, Dublin. The main emphasis was to open up the ground floor space to address the small rear garden and bring in as much light as possible.
